Guest room & suite rates are based on double occupancy per night and depend on size and location of the room. Most have full ocean view, all have private bath and shower and cable TV.

In Season Rates: June through Labor Day and all weekends throughout the season.
Off Season Rates: Available midweek in April, May, September & October.

Peg Leg Building:
~ Guest Rooms: $150.00 to $225.00 double/occupancy.
~ Ocean View Two Bedroom Unit: $250.00 up to 4 people.
~ Each Additional Person $15.00 per night.
There is a two night minimum stay on weekends beginning mid May
and a three night minimum on all holidays.

Millbrook Building:

~Suites: $225.00 per night. double occupancy ( 3 night minimum stay )
~ Each additional person $25.00 per night ( no more than 6 people total )
~ Inquire about off season and special weekly rates.

~ All guest room and suite rates are subject to 9.7 lodging tax ~

Carriage House Apartment:

~Rented by the week; Saturday to Saturday - June to Mid September.
~ $1395.00 per week. Inquire about special rates for longer stays.*

~ Children & Large Parties ~

Children are welcome, and can be accommodated comfortably in particular rooms. There is a charge for children. Please do not add to your party without notifying the Inn prior to arrival. Sorry, Cribs and rollaways are not available.

~Deposit & Cancellation Policies ~

In order to hold a reservation, a deposit covering the first nights lodging is required. Visa, MasterCard & Amex are accepted, personal checks are welcome with a credit card guarantee. In the event that you must cancel, the Inn requires a 10 day notice of cancellation prior to arrival for a full refund minus a $35.00 service fee. Within the 10 days prior, a refund will only be given if the room has been rented for the entire length of your stay, minus your full deposit. No refund will be issued for early departure of reservation.

*Carriage House Cancellation Policy: To receive 50% deposit refund, we must receive cancellation 2 months prior to arrival date. After that time, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be responsible for the balance due unless we can rent the week you reserved.

~ We do love animals, but please, no pets.
~ Gratuities for housekeeping are left to each guest’s discretion.
~ We do not have indoor storage for bikes, nor are they allowed inside our buildings.
