Private (Detached Bath) located outside the room.

Room 9 is located on the second level and has a queen bed. Our guests can enjoy the sea breeze while taking in the sweeping views of Front Beach. This room is suitable for two guests. This room has a private (detached) bathroom, please note, this is located directly outside the room in the hallway. Only guests in this room will have access and will be given a code. 

Renovations include: New furniture, décor, lighting fixtures, bathrooms, and paint.

Historic elements that will remain in place for each room: Our goal when updating the space was to create the perfect blend of old and new. We restored most of the flooring in the rooms and common areas and also refinished almost all of the woodwork pieces throughout. We delicately blended in new furniture, décor and paint throughout, giving the space a charming, yet modern refresh. - Corner room - Individual heating/cooling unit - Smart TV - Wi-Fi - Mini Fridge - Private bathroom - Please note, guests are required to climb one flight of stairs to reach the second floor. - Two Adirondack rockers are located outside on the second floor deck, perfect for taking in the ocean views - Two beach chairs - Keurig coffee maker - Toiletries: Soap, shampoo, makeup wipes.
